Playbooks
The concrete move, written down so it can be done — not admired.
A playbook is the part of the analysis you can act on. Systems, routines, decisions with a checklist: how to build a stack that compounds instead of a subscription list that drains a card, how to audit your own exposure in ninety days, which skills to invest in and which to hand to a model.
Every playbook is written to be executed. It states the principle once, gives the rules of engagement, and ends with a short list of steps that fit on one page. If a step cannot be verified, it is not in the playbook.
Playbooks are revisited when the tools change, and the tools change often. The date on each one is the date it was last true. Read the one for your current problem, do the steps, then come back for the next.
