About
Who is behind The War Room
Jo runs The War Room: one signal a day on how AI is changing work, and what to do about it.
What this site is
The idea in one line: AI does the routine work, you do the thinking. The shift this site argues for is from automating tasks to strengthening people.
The War Room publishes one signal a day on how AI is moving the labour market: what changed, with sources, and what an operator does about it. The daily pieces are filed as Signals, Playbooks, Briefings and Dispatches. Every claim links to its source at the foot of the article, and the archive is searchable.
How it is made
Jo runs the whole operation on an AI-operated stack he built and operates himself: research, drafting, fact-checking against the cited sources, publishing, email, and the clips on the channels below. Every article is checked against its cited sources before it goes out. The same machine is what he builds for other businesses; that work is described on Work with me.
